Golf Course Groundskeeper

Full-Time | Starting at $16 per hour
Oak Hollow Golf Course is seeking a dependable, hardworking Groundskeeper to join our course maintenance team. This position helps maintain the appearance, playability, and overall condition of our 18-hole golf course and practice facilities.
Responsibilities
- Mow greens, tees, fairways, rough, and other landscaped areas
- Operate riding and walking mowers, tractors, bunker rakes, rollers, and hand tools
- Rake bunkers and maintain bunker faces
- Set cups and move tee markers
- Hand-water greens and tees
- Assist with irrigation repairs
- Clean and properly maintain equipment
- Collect trash and help maintain course restrooms, buildings, and pathways
- Report equipment, irrigation, or course-condition concerns to a supervisor
- Assist with other maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license required
- Basic landscaping or grounds-maintenance knowledge
- Comfortable operating equipment such as zero-turn mowers, tractors, and greens mowers
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout the shift
- Able to lift 50 pounds or more
- Groundskeeping or landscaping experience is preferred
- Must be dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn
